One of my recent go-to meals is a Catalina Chicken and Broccoli recipe we can’t get enough of. I came up with it on a whim because I was out of Italian Salad Dressing to make my Italian Chicken and Vegetables in Foil.

Without any time to spare and hop on to Target, I prepared it with what I had, and that was my homemade version of Catalina Dressing.

    1. Taylor says:

Agree with previous commenter – far, far too much vinegar. I wish I had tasted it before adding the entire 1/4c. This recipe was inedible as written. Had to triple the batch in order to make it edible but even then something was still off.

    2. Teresa pPetersen says:

How can you call this “healthy” when it has ketchup and sugar in the ingredients??

      1. Katerina says:

Use sugar-free ketchup and ditch the 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.

    3. Darlene says:

way to much red wine vinegar in this recipe . I would mix all ingredients together then slowly add the vinegar in , shaking it in jar as you go !
