I really like this recipe. I’ve made it several times. I do use the entire egg and usually use ground chicken instead of turkey.

Sure! Place the turkey patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 375°F for about 8-10 minutes, then flip the burgers and continue cooking for an additional 8 minutes or until the internal temperature of the burgers reaches 165°F. Note that cooking times might vary based on the thickness of your patties.

To pan fry, add a couple of tablespoons of cooking oil or unsalted butter to a skillet set over medium heat and cook them for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until the turkey burgers’ internal temperature registers at 165°F to ensure they’re safe to eat.
